French press coffee is dense and heavy, than other brewing methods. The reason is that the whole brewing mathod takes 4 minutes and within this time coffee and water are in full contact. As a result we get coffee with more body and more complex aromas comparing to other alternatives.
How to brew:
Put the french press on the scale, add 20 grams of coffee and fill with 250 ml water and turn on the timer.
Give it a gentle stir 8-10 times.
Position the lid gently on top of the grounds and wait for 4 minutes.
Press the filter down slowly so you don't mess with coffee grounds.
Pour the coffee carefully to make sure grounds don't follow the coffee.
